Task: Modify Service Governance Plan

Amend the Service Governance Plan (SGP) with any pending updates that have been identified since the previous version of this document was produced. This new version of the SGP will be subject to same review, approval, and signoff practices used on the initial version of the document.

Main Description

Having identified that updates are needed to the Service Governance Plan (PGP) and obtaining the appropriate approval needed, the Engagement Manager should then make the relevant changes to the SGP. On completion, the Engagement Manager must ensure that the relevant review and approval process is followed for the latest version of the SGP.
